Business Area Overview

ISPL provides centralised services to BNP Paribas globally.

 

The Identity Access Management (IAM) - Operations team implements IT Security access controls for application user accounts and is responsible for the controlled access management of employees to IT resources including application accounts, domain accounts and account privileges.

 

Overall Job Purpose

The IAM - OPERATIONS team provides end user support for user queries related to access management, access recertification, etc. Configures and manages data within Sailpoint through valid approvals. Also, manages peoples referential in REFOG database for APAC region.

 

Key Responsibilities and approximates time split (%) (ideally 4-10 points)

  • End User Support - Level1
  • Manage mailbox, hotlines, service requests and incidents within the defined SLA
  • Produces performance reporting (KPI/dashboard)
  • Maintains Functional Role Code for users in access management tool (Sailpoint)
  • Manage peoples data and OUs in REFOG tool
  • On-board new resources and manages them in Sailpoint
  • Manage request workflows within Sailpoint
  • Override HR data in Sailpoint
  • Co-ordination on urgent requests from end users
  • Manage special queues in Sailpoint

 

Essential Experience (in order of importance)

  • Awareness of User Access Management principles
  • Strong understanding of controls in an Identity and Access Management- OPERATIONS environment
  • Familiarity with the reporting tools such as Business Objects for creating reports
  • Competent in Excel to build / develop spreadsheets and analyse data

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ownership of tasks / issues
  • Good reporting and monitoring skills
  • Service delivery focused (Must be able to handle customers in a confident, positive and responsive manner)

  • Technical proficiency in Basic Unix/Linux, Windows NT/2000/XP operating Systems, Mainframe; Internet web services; Sybase, Oracle and other relational Database Systems; Active directory
  • Scripting skills preferred
  • Good understanding of financial industry and operating environment is an advantage
