The IT Sales Account Manager / New Business Development Executive will be highly driven and self motivated, with the ability to work as part of a team, leading and mentoring others by example. With good PC and internet skills, he/she will need to have excellent attention to detail and will ideally have successfully sold IT serivces and solutions to small and major customers.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

-         Work with pre-sales technical and domain experts.

-         Understanding of the entire region/zone; Market Assessment, opportunity size, Client service offerings in various verticals. Generating Leads and Building the Sales Pipeline in those regions

-         Be able to articulate Client Services and Value Proposition.

-         Understand the past projects executed

-         Liaison with Technical and Delivery Teams and other teams with the client.

-         Develop deep understanding of our customers and domains contributing to developing and improving sales process.

-         Identifying, developing and maintaining new accounts through cold calling, referrals, and securing appointments with potential clients.

-         Setting and organising new business face to face appointments.

-         Manage accounts and generate additional revenue through unified communication.

-         To achieve a pre-determined number of telephone calls and appointments per week

-         To maintain regular contact with all clients

-         Visit to clients when required.

-         Knowledge of IBM products suites and services desirable. Leverage IBM service offerings to achieve local business objectives.

-         Deep Knowledge of website & digital medium a must.

-         Sharp internet marketing skills - SeO & SMM desirable.

Experience in identifying lead though sources

The ability to interpret technical language for non-technical people

The ability to write reports and proposals
