Description

Write, modify, and debug software for client applications.  Use source debuggers and visual development environments.  Test and document software for client applications.  Write code to create single-threaded, multi-threaded or user interface event driven applications, either stand-alone and those which access servers or services. 5 years of experience are required.

What you will do:

? You will provide expert level reviews and enrich the Cisco Intellectual Capital.

? Support testing and validation of solutions and software strategies, configure devices, and fix errors.

? Actively discuss with Field NCEs to enrich the best practice identifications, recommendations, fault remediation.

Skillset required (Must have):

? Hands-on experience required for this role analyze the configurations of a device

? Ability to create network topologies for simulation

? Ability to analyze the possible issues in Cisco delivered networking gear and provide expert level solutions

? Have thorough knowledge in Best practices in network gear

? Fluent in device console

The knowledge is required (Must have):

? Understanding of Cisco product portfolio and solutions portfolio ? R&S, Data Center, Security, Collaboration, IoT, DNA, Mobility

? Understand Cisco OS types and technologies

? Understand the Best practices applied across these portfolios

? Understand the Syslogs

? Understand the features and configurations

CCIE is a must have for this role, must be self-starter

? Candidate should have knowledge and experience with the following areas: System Hardening and Availability, Threat Identification and Mitigation, Intrusion Prevention and Content Security, Identity Management, ASA Firewall/VPN, IOS Firewall and Confidentiality and Secure Access (PKI, IKE, RSA, etc.)

? Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex networking, security, or collaboration problems

? Build simulated networks in test labs to resolve problems and compatibility issues

? Contributes to Virtual Teams

? Generates reusable Intellectual Capital in the form of standard customer deliverables.

? Has experience with ISE, FirePower, SteathWatch, ASA, Firewall and/or IPS

Route Switch knowledge:

Have Route/Switch advanced knowledge and experience with the following areas: Cisco Routing & Switching Platforms, Datacenter Switching Platforms, IP Routing, Internetworking, MPLS, LAN Switching, Multicast, Route Redistribution

Familiarity with features, examples include: MPLS (L2/L3 VPN/VRF-Lite) and MPLS-TE, BGP, ISIS, OSPF, EIGRP, inter-as, QoS, Ipv6, IP SLAs, RPVST+, MST, PIM, DMVPN, GETVPN, NetFlow, PfR

? Desired Skills/Qualifications/System Experience requirements: (?Nice to have Qualifications?)

? Machine Learning experience will be added advantage

? Any programming language like Java would be added advantage
